Content refers to the sections of your website that display personalized banners, slideshows, or text to visitors. Each content section can be tailored based on geographic location, URL parameters, time of day, or screen size.
Content Types
ConversionWax supports three content types:
Static Banner - Display a single image or video with optional targeting rules. Great for hero images, promotional banners, and product visuals.
Slideshow - Rotate through multiple banners in sequence. Each slide can have its own targeting rules and display schedule.
Personalized Text - Display different text to different visitors based on location or URL parameters. Ideal for headlines, calls-to-action, and product descriptions. No image assets required.
How It Works
When a visitor lands on your website, ConversionWax detects their location, device, and URL parameters, then displays the matching content variant. If no specific rules match, a default fallback is shown.
Managing Your Content
The content list page shows all your content sections with live version status, sparkline performance charts (impressions, page loads, clicks), and quick actions for editing or viewing analytics.
Each content section displays its currently live version, last modification date, and a "Get Code" button to copy the embed snippet for your website.
