Team and Organization Management

ConversionWax uses organizations to group your team members and websites together under a single account. Your organization is created during signup and serves as the foundation for collaboration, billing, and access control.

Creating Your Organization

When you sign up for ConversionWax, the welcome form collects your company name. This becomes your organization name. All websites, subscriptions, and team members are tied to this organization.

The Team Members Page

Navigate to Team Members in the sidebar to view everyone in your organization. The members table displays:

  • Email address

  • Role (Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer)

  • Status (Active or Pending)

  • Website access count

  • Join date
