Understanding Banners in ConversionWax

A banner is a visual element - an image or video - that displays on your website to catch attention or share a message. Banners are the building blocks of your content sections.

Banner Features

  • Device Breakpoints - Upload separate assets for desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure optimal display on every screen size.

  • Click URLs - Set a destination URL for when visitors click your banner.

  • A/B Testing - Create Version A and Version B variants to compare performance.

  • Tags - Organize banners with color-coded tags for easy filtering and management.

  • Scheduling - Set start and end dates to control when banners display.

  • Alt Text - Add accessibility descriptions for each banner image.

Default Breakpoints

ConversionWax uses these responsive breakpoints by default:

  • Desktop - 1366px and above

  • Tablet - 768px to 1365px

  • Mobile - Below 768px

You can also create custom breakpoints for specific device sizes when creating a banner.
