How to Schedule Content
ConversionWax lets you schedule content to go live and expire automatically, so you can plan campaigns in advance without needing to manually activate or deactivate them.
Setting a Start Date and Time
To schedule when your content begins displaying:
Open the content section you want to schedule.
In the publishing settings, find the Start Date field.
Click the calendar icon to open the visual date picker.
Select the date and time you want the content to go live.
Choose the appropriate timezone from the dropdown to ensure the content activates at the right moment for your target audience.
Setting an End Date and Time
To schedule when your content stops displaying:
Find the End Date field in the publishing settings.
Select the date and time when the content should be taken down.
The same timezone setting applies to both start and end dates.
Timezone Support
ConversionWax supports scheduling across multiple timezones. This is especially useful for global campaigns where you need content to appear at the right local time. Select the timezone that matches your campaign requirements - all scheduling calculations will be based on that timezone.
Planning Multiple Content Changes
You can schedule multiple content sections with different start and end dates to create a sequence of content changes over time:
Set up a promotional banner to run during a sale period with specific start and end dates.
Schedule a follow-up banner to start when the first one ends.
Plan seasonal content weeks or months in advance.
Each content section operates independently, so overlapping schedules work without conflict.
How It Works
Once a content section is published with a schedule:
Before the start date, the content will not display to visitors.
Between the start and end dates, the content displays normally according to any other display rules you have set.
After the end date, the content is automatically hidden - no manual intervention needed.
Tips
Always double-check your timezone selection, especially for campaigns targeting audiences in different regions.
Publish your scheduled content ahead of time - the schedule controls when it becomes visible, not when it is saved.
Use scheduling together with location targeting to run region-specific campaigns that start and end at the right local times.
